Tells us about your business and what you do special.: Four years into her Mom's vascular dementia diagnosis, CherylAnn saw the need for more dementia family support in the Tampa area. Impacted by global dementia specialist, CherylAnn invested months into training with Teepa Snow and her Positive Approach to Care team online and in North Carolina to become an independent certified Positive Approach to Care(PAC) Coach. CherylAnn combines her PAC skills with her hands on experience with her Mom to help support other family and friend carepartners through Let's Talk Dementia groups at local assisted living communities. These groups are a combination of support and skill building with the goal to help family members adapt to the brain changes of their loved one to maintain their relationships. CherylAnn also loves to share the importance of Positive Approach to Care skills with professionals who work with those living with dementia and anyone else who is interested in learning.
