STEP 1: DETERMINE SALES PRICE
Your property is evaluated by both my competitive market analysis (CMA) and a Broker’s Price Opinion (BPO), which is done by an independent licensed broker at my own expense. The two valuations provide a more accurate sales price by considering aspects not quantified in standard appraisals such as custom finishes, proximity to amenities, or lot configuration.
STEP 2: PROMOTION
In addition to the Cloud Appeal marketing system, I hold frequent open houses and Broker Open Houses. I also aggressively market to out-of-town buyers through postcards, emails, outreach to other realtors, and national corporation’s relocation departments.
STEP 3: NEGOTIATION
As a Certified Negotiation Expert, I make sure all offers are presented and carefully reviewed. We take as much time as necessary for you to thoroughly understand all terms and conditions, and I will advise you in all negotiations to ensure you receive a deal that best fits your goals.
STEP 4: APPRAISALS AND INSPECTIONS
The deal is far from done at this point, and I oversee all inspections and appraisals to make sure any questions are answered correctly and accurately so that no reports are filed in error.

I will attend the closing of your property at the title company office. We will review the final documents to make sure you understand what you are signing and receive the sale’s correct proceeds.
