I like to begin by meeting in person, phone, or zoom to discuss your search: your price range and specific requirements, and the market. This conversation affords us the opportunity to address any initial questions you may have.

2 - Considering Properties

When I can, I will preview properties for sale at your request. I will arrange showings by appointment.

I will track the market and alert you to new listings of potential interest. Through Realtor.com/MLS, I can set you up for a daily email update for properties in your price range matching your requirements.

3 - Valuation Analysis

I will complete a valuation analysis of any property of interest to you. This means I will carefully consider the value of the subject property, taking into consideration relevant properties now for sale, under accepted offer, and recently sold. My goal is for you to feel informed about your decision regarding making an offer.

4 - Negotiation Advice & Counsel

Negotiation is a crucial service I provide to you. In addition to my valuation analysis of any property you are interested in making an offer on, I will aim to connect with the listing agent to get a sense of the situation pertaining to the offer process and negotiability. My aim is to offer advice and counsel regarding the best approach for framing the terms of your offer and achieving a successful result for you.

5 - Transaction Management

I will be right by your side on the journey from initial consultation to closing. I can recommend lenders, inspectors, real estate attorneys – and other professionals as needed. Even after closing, you can count on me for reliable recommendations. I understand that closing on your new home is the end of one journey and the start of a whole new one!
