Managed by team RNs and a full office administrative team. All certified HHAs or CNAs. Able to provide care in any setting: home, ALF, SNF etc. For as little as 4 hours a day to 24/7. Our **Memory Care Partners Program: Developed 6 years ago in our Pinellas location to meet the needs of dementia patients in any stage, with any diagnosis (Alzheimer's, Frontal Temporal, Lewy Body, etc). We hire staff with at least 1.5 years of experience in a setting exposed to memory care patients, and provide them with diagnosis specific training from Teepa Snow's PAC, Dr Cate Mccarty CATE program, USF Byrd Institute safety classes, among others. Our training threshold often exceeds the state's minimum 10x.
